Shodai Hokage Jakuchu Azura, the very first of the New Age, has announced that the upcoming Chuunin Exams will be hosted in Konohagakure. While Shinobi and Villagers alike of the Leaf begin preperations for Chuunins and it's expository festives, messengers traverse great distances to delive this announcement to Sunagakure and Kirigakure.
"Make the village nice, so both the Mizukage and the Kazekage will weep tears once they set their eyes upon the village" quoth the Hokage.
